What is Functional Neurology?
Functional Neurology is very similar to medical neurology as far as training, however is very different in the application and treatment. Instead of using drugs and surgery to improve the function of certain neurological disorders, we use non-invasive therapies such as lights, sounds, smells, finger and hand movements, vibration, eye exercises, spinning, and imagination exercises. These therapies are very specific to certain areas of brain. With Funcional Neurology, we are able to balance the left and right brains. Just like your body feels better when it is in complete alignment, your brain functions better when it is balanced as well.
